Tony Guidetti
While serving in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1976 as a small boat captain, a drawing and design course was offered and Tony found his niche! Upon leaving the Coast Guard Tony furthered his education by attending, Monmouth County Community College studying Mechanical Design, Union Technical Institute for drafting and design, Computer Aided Drafting School in Atlanta Georgia, and Adirondack Community College for business and management training. Tony apprenticed for 2 years with a patent draftsman along side his wife Geralyn and in 1982 they formed Guidetti & Guidetti.
Geralyn Guidetti
Geralyn’s art ability was noticed by her parents at the extraordinary age of 5. Her parents encouraged and developed her talent by sending her to study in the private studios of Helen Van Wyk and Milton Paterson. After high school, Geralyn attended the Ridgewood School of Art to study fine art and art history; she then attended Union Technical
Institute for drafting and design and Skidmore College for marketing, and book illustration. Geralyn apprenticed for 2 years with a patent draftsman and in 1982, along with her husband Tony, formed Guidetti & Guidetti.
